1.1 These terms of use (“Terms”) govern your use of this website (“Website”), operated by Vowix Limited, trading as Anibrary, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15717023), with registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ (“we”, “us”, “Bevetu”).
1.2 By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1.3 We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2.1 Anibrary (Animal + Library) is an open knowledge platform that publishes anonymised pet health cases paired with AI-generated health insights and, where available, veterinary professional feedback.

3.5 YOU USE THE INFORMATION ON ANIBRARY ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
4.1 You can browse cases and statistics without creating an account.
4.2 To vote, comment, submit veterinary feedback, or request professional verification, you must create an account using email or Google sign-in.
4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4.4 We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.

5.3 You must select the role that accurately reflects your status. Misrepresenting your professional qualifications is a breach of these Terms.
6.1 Cases published on Anibrary are sourced from the Bevetu app. Pet owners consent to sharing via the Bevetu app before any data reaches Anibrary.
6.2 All case data is anonymised before publication. We do not display:

7.1 You may contribute to Anibrary by voting on cases, posting comments, or submitting veterinary feedback.

7.4 By contributing content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to display, store, and include your contribution in the Anibrary dataset.
7.5 Veterinary feedback submitted via the Platform is attributed to the submitting professional (by name, if provided) and becomes part of the public case record.
8.1 Anibrary is an open knowledge platform. Anonymised case data may be used for AI model training, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), research, educational purposes, and may be exported when the export feature is available.
8.2 Individual and educational use: Free. No licence required.
8.3 Commercial use: Any use of Anibrary data for commercial purposes (including training commercial AI models, inclusion in paid products, or resale) requires a separate commercial licence. Contact us at hello@bevetu.com.
8.4 You must not use any automated system, bot, scraper, or data mining tool to bulk-extract content from the Platform without our written permission.

10.1 The Platform design, branding, software, and underlying technology are owned by Vowix Limited and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10.2 The anonymised case dataset is made available under the open data terms described in clause 8. This does not transfer ownership of the Platform or its technology.
11.1 We may update, modify, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time.
11.2 We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available or uninterrupted.
12.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOWIX LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

14.3 We will only use your email address to send the digest you subscribed to. We will not share it with third parties or use it for other marketing purposes.
15.1 You may stop using the Platform at any time.
15.2 If you have an account, you may request deletion by contacting us. We will delete your account data, but anonymised contributions already published in the dataset cannot be removed.
15.3 We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
16.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
16.2 If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.
16.3 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
17.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
17.2 Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
17.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Vowix Limited regarding the Platform.
